Project Summary

The iPath Business Bootcamp was a 10-week entrepreneurship accelerator designed to support early-stage, minority-owned businesses in the Jackson metro area. As the Program Coordinator and Business Mentor and Coach, I oversaw all aspects of program design, participant recruitment, instructor coordination, and weekly facilitation.

Through this initiative, three cohorts of entrepreneurs gained foundational business knowledge in areas such as operations, marketing, HR, and financial management. My leadership helped ensure culturally relevant curriculum delivery, ongoing mentorship support, and seamless logistics that allowed participants to focus on growth.
